We messaged for my daughter to have piercings done. Had a quick response with confirmation of time and date. Arrived, filled in form and was taken in for our appointment. Shell was amazing with my daughter and picked up on her being very quiet . Had a lovely chat and she always puts my daughter at ease whenever we have been here. Highly recommended. My teen wanted new piercings - asked for recommendations and went here. Super clean, sterile and Shell is so calm. I also got my nose pierced after waiting 20 years!! No problems afterwards - all healed perfectly.

Recommended to me by my friend and I continue the trend - very highly recommended. Patient, amicable and supportive. Listened and took onboard what I wanted.
